Just under a week after the release of their brand-new single, A Thousand Horses release the accompanying official music video for “A Song To Remember”.
Filmed on a stormy afternoon in Watertown, TN and directed by Patrick Tracy, the video features the country-rock quartet calling out to the rolling hills to escape the never-fading memory of a past relationship.
“Mother Nature helped lend a hand by providing the perfect stormy backdrop for illustrating the isolation of heartbreak purgatory the song speaks to,” said lead vocalist Michael Hobby. “We dealt with some pretty intense lightning, which actually makes a cameo in the video, but the risk was definitely worth the reward.”
A Thousand Horses are set to release their forthcoming album Let The Band Play On later this year. In addition to “A Song To Remember,” which serves as the lead single, the group has also previewed the album with tracks “Drinking Song” and “Livin’ My Best Life.”
