Bobby Bones, host of iHeartMedia’s The Bobby Bones Show, recently delivered a memorable TedXNashville Talk to a packed crowd at the Tennessee Performing Arts Center. Heralded as “tremendous,” The Tennessean spotlighted Bones’ talk as their number one takeaway of the weekend stacked with esteemed speakers, as he shared a vulnerable “Winning By Losing” message, with insight into how losing often kickstarts the motivation that paves the way for success.

“If you can fail, and you can get back up, and you learn from why you failed…that’s where success comes from,” Bones told the audience, citing the initial failures of some of the most successful people in the world such as Steve Jobs, Walt Disney, Michael Jordan during his talk. “Being part of a TedX Talk has always been a goal of mine, and the first time I threw my hat in the ring to do one I was actually rejected, which is kind of poetic as it’s the foundation of my talk and a big part of my outlook on life. Just to keep going, with your eye always on the end game, whatever that may be.”

With his FUNNY & ALONE STAND UP COMEDY TOUR currently underway, Bones is bringing his quick-witted humor across the country to more than 15 sold-out stops, with multiple dates selling out in just minutes. The first leg of his nationwide comedy tour will wrap with back-to-back sold-out shows in Wichita, KS later this month.

Dubbed “the most powerful man in country music” by Forbes, Bones’ nationally syndicated radio show reaches millions of listeners on nearly 100 stations weekly. His hilarious memoir, BARES BONES: I’M NOT LONELY IF YOU’RE READING THIS BOOK (Dey Street Books), landed at #1 on the New York Times, USA Today and Wall Street Journal Bestsellers Lists.
