More artists have been announced for the inaugural ‘Buckle and Boots’ festival, set to take place between 24-26th June at Whitebottom Farm in Manchester!
Last week, the first round of artists for the festival was announced, which included two-time chart-topper Phil Vassar, alongside British talents Raintown, Gary Quinn and Jess and the Bandits. This morning, on Chris Country Radio, it was announced that The Cains would be joining the line-up, as well as Sarabeth and C2C favourites Honey Ryder and Luke & Mel!
Alabama trio The Cains are one of the brightest new talents in the world of country music. Their music is inspired by a vast combination of genres from country, soul and pop to Americana, and they play guitar, piano, bass, harmonica and more. Songwriter Ed Hill (known for Lee Brice’s ‘Drinking Class’) said “The Cains are the most exciting group I’ve ever worked with. This dynamic trio is a force to be reckoned with when it comes to raw talent – unusually interesting harmonies, contagious energy and addictive songs. I believe they’ll play an important role in pioneering positive change in today’s quality of country music, attracting and impacting listeners and fans of all ages.”
As well as her appearance at the festival, Sarabeth will also be embarking on a 10-date UK tour in August! Back in 2014, she went on a very successful UK tour and since then, she has made astounding strides. Last year, she released her self-titled EP with Circle S Records, receiving extremely positive reviews.
