Following the announcement of their UK country tour of Australia, scheduled for January 2019, Manchester’s Buckle & Boots Country Festival are continuing to forge new international relationships in the wider country music community. They’re presenting a show at Nashville’s historic and world-famous Bluebird Café called ‘Buckle & Boots at The Bluebird’ on 6th November.
Not only are Buckle & Boots promoting the festival’s vision to increase the exposure for British country music on an international scale, boosting the presence in the home of country music, but they’re also providing a wonderful evening of entertainment with a hugely impressive line-up. Alongside Buckle & Boots co-founder and British Male Vocalist of the Year, Gary Quinn, will be Mo Pitney, American Young and William Michael Morgan, some of Nashville’s most talented songwriters and performers.
William Michael Morgan burst onto the scene back in 2015 with the smash-hit #1 single ‘I Met A Girl’, certified Gold. His critically-acclaimed album ‘Vinyl’ received plaudits on both sides of the pond, generating a strong fan-base with his modern take on traditional country and flawless vocal delivery. American Young (Jon Stone and Kristy Osmunson), having already enjoyed success in the UK with their album ‘A.Y.’ (they currently have over 15 million Spotify Streams), the duo are in the process of making their sophomore record. Their incredible harmonies in an acoustic setting are not to be missed! Also, Mo Pitney will be performing; a firm fan favourite in the UK and one of Nashville’s most highly-respected performers. With countless appearances at the Grand Ole Opry under his belt, don’t miss your chance to hear Mo’s mesmerising, intricately-crafted song writing at the Bluebird.
