To try and categorize Dominic Halpin is indeed a difficult task. His various musical influences makes him as diverse and original as the songs he writes and delivers.
You’d be forgiven for thinking that Dominic was fresh out of a Las Vegas Casino residency, with his rock & roll/crooner approach and his Brylcreemed barnet. However, you may wish to categorise his voice, if rendering a smooth retro croon ballad, a fierce toe-tapping number or a country roots rock melody, it’s safe to say that Dominic is a rare talent dominating a class of his own.
A seasoned singer, songwriter and performer, his success in the industry has lead to an impressive array of performances and international recognition with his music being showcased in films, TV shows, and theatres around the world.
With the release of 11 albums , the most recent “4000 Miles” recorded in Nashville with Ronnie Tutt on drums, Dominic continues to write and record new music. He’s currently the front man for the touring theatre production show ‘A Country Night in Nashville’ presented by Handshake productions, as well as fronting and touring his own bands, Dominic Halpin and the Honey B’s and Dominic Halpin and the Hurricanes around the world. Recognised as one of the UK’s most in-demand acts and rising household names, if you’ve seen Dominic perform, it’s not hard to see why.
