Carly Pearce joins us for an interview to chat about her new album “29: Written In Stone” available this Friday, 17th September! Pre-save HERE.
Produced by Shane McAnally and Josh Osborne, “Written In Stone” is the follow-up to the critically-acclaimed “29” project, which began a whole new chapter for Carly Pearce and was nominated this week for CMA Album Of The Year.
Speaking about the new-found vulnerability and honesty in her musical output, and the connection she’s created with the fans off the back of that, Carly explained:
“Me and the fans, we have such a richer relationship now, and I think it’s because as artists, there’s still something that feels not human about us I think, and when I went through everything I went through, I threw my hands up in the air and was like ‘hi guys, I’m a human too, and my life isn’t as pretty as it looks on the ol’ Instagram, I think that humanised me and made them feel like I understood them”.
