Ben and Crissie of The Shires joined Dan via Zoom to chat about their new ‘London To Nashville’ radio show, which is available to stream now exclusively on Apple Music Country. The duo discussed how the project has given them a new lease of life during lockdown, as well as future music plans, U.S. intentions and more.

On ‘London To Nashville’, Ben and Crissie provide listeners with a look into the Nashville scene from a British perspective, including UK country segments, interviews with high-profile guests, and country-themed games, something which the duo have hugely enjoyed doing over the past few months:

“It’s been a blessing, really,” Ben explained. “Without that, it would have been a very boring year! For me, it’s reminded me how much I love country music. Every week, we go through and make our choices for the show music-wise, and we get to listen to everything that’s coming out of Nashville, which is great. With the UK artist spotlight, it’s been great to shine a light on the UK scene because internationally, there hasn’t really been that platform before. We have a lot of fun, and it has been a Godsend”
