[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]MCA Nashville’s hot newcomer Jordan Davis earns the No.1 most added song at country radio this week with his new single “Take It From Me,” listen HERE. The upbeat track was written by Jordan along with Jason Gantt and Jacob Davis and is featured on Jordan’s debut album Home State which remains the highest-selling debut album for a solo country artist this year.

“When it came to kicking off the record, there wasn’t a better song than ‘Take It From Me,’” says Jordan. “I think it’s a great introduction to what Home State is and I’m excited for fans to hear it out on the road this summer.”

Jordan’s debut single “Singles You Up” just topped the country airplay charts hitting No.1 after racking up an impressive 150M total worldwide streams. “Singles You Up” spent an entire month on the Spotify US Viral Chart (peaking at No.2) and even hit the Spotify Global Viral Chart.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_single_image image=”17128″ img_size=”full” alignment=”center” onclick=”custom_link” img_link_target=”_blank” link=””][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Jordan is nominated for “Radio Disney Country Best New Artist” at the upcoming Radio Disney Music Awards. In addition, Jordan continues to demonstrate his notable songwriting talent with a recent nomination for “Nashville Artist-Writer of the Year” from the Association of Independent Music Publishers after winning The Songwriters Hall of Fame’s Abe Olman Scholarship for Excellence two years ago. Past recipients of that prestigious award include John Legend and Bebe Rexha.

Originally from Shreveport, Louisiana, Jordan has made a strong impression on critics and audiences alike with his classic lyric-writing melded with tech-tinged production. After graduating from LSU in 2012 with a degree in Resource Conservation, Jordan moved to Nashville and honed his songwriting craft influenced by his love of lyrically-driven songwriters and genre-defying musicality.

Earlier this year, Jordan made his national TV debut with NBC’s TODAY and “Late Night With Seth Meyers” which can be viewed HERE and HERE. The Louisiana native recently wrapped his first headlining “White Wine and Whiskey Tour” with special guest Jillian Jacqueline and will hit the road on Jake Owen’s “Life’s Whatcha Make It Tour” this summer stopping at minor league baseball parks across the country.
