Kacey Musgraves Scores Highest Ever UK Chart Position With ‘Golden Hour’

Kacey Musgraves’ new album Golden Hour (MCA Nashville/Decca), released to rave reviews on March 30, has debuted on the Official UK Album Chart at number 6, her highest ever UK album chart placing. 2015’s Pageant Material charted at number 11.

Her most intimate record to date, Musgraves co-wrote and co-produced Golden Hour with Ian Fitchuk and Daniel Tashian and reveals, “I had a different mindset this time, which was feeling rather than thinking – leading heart first.”
