Keith Urban’s ‘Wasted Time’ Hits #1

Keith Urban has climbed to the top of the country singles charts with his latest hit, “Wasted Time.” The song is his 21st chart-topper on the Mediabase country chart and his 20th on Billboard.

He co-wrote the song with Greg Wells and J. Abrahart, and it was the very first song the trio had written together. “I’d never met either of these guys, and the two of them had been writing a bit together forever, and someone said you should get with them,” recalls Keith. “Long story short, we met and the very first song we wrote [on] the first day we met was ‘Wasted Time.’”

Keith has a couple of days off before returning to his ripCord World Tour on Saturday (July 2nd) in Gilford, New Hampshire.
