Penny Riviera Releases ‘Who Do You Think You Are’

If you have been listening to the radio this weekend then you might have heard the fiery new anthem ‘Who do you think you are’ by blonde powerhouse Penny Riviera!

Originally from New Zealand but now based in London, Penny fell in love with country music from listening to her mother’s records and then a trip to Nashville in her late teens had her hooked to the genre! Her striking debut single ‘Who do you think you are’ was inspired by her experiences with childhood bullies growing up which left her with anxiety. She found her cure through singing and song-writing and now the singer wants to use her voice to inspire others to overcome their own bullies and insecurities!

The strong country rock anthem features a fiddle solo by Eli Bishop and was recorded between London and Nashville with the help of friends from a number of leading country bands. The track was co-written with Canadian artist Dane Hartsell and recorded with Simon Ellam in London and Leeds Recording in Nashville.
