The Shires Release New Track ‘Lightning Strikes’

The UK’s best-selling country act The Shires have released their new track ‘Lightning Strikes’.

The track is taken from their forthcoming album ‘Good Years’, out March 13th released on BMG. Following the release, the pair will embark on a 21-date nationwide tour in May, which will see them perform at London Palladium May 27th.

Speaking of the track, Crissie and Ben said “We can’t wait to put Lightning Strikes into our live set, the opening line ‘Standing outside, raining in the Summer’, is going to be perfect for the festival season. Also, vocally the song is so much fun for us with all the crazy harmonies.”
