Off the back of their European tour with Jack Savoretti, Ward Thomas today release the video for the heartbreakingly beautiful ‘One More Goodbye’, the single taken from the duo’s Top 10 album ‘Restless Minds’, out now on WTW Music/Sony Music. These last few months One More Goodbye has been the emotional closing song of a live set that has converted scores of new fans across Europe, and Australia before that (with David Gray); the sisters have also been joining Jack on stage for a rendition of the Killers’ hit “Human”. Catherine and Lizzy also play a string of UK festivals this summer including the Isle Of Wight Festival on 16th June.

Filmed in the girls’ cottage in Hampshire, the personal setting of the video directly alludes to the personal and emotionally charged track and gives fans a rare intimate insight into Ward Thomas’ world. Beginning with a simple yet soulful piano line, the emotional ballad builds to an anthemic climax, with a choir adding further depth and emotion to the beautifully poignant lyrics. “This song is about savouring that last moment, that last goodbye,” Ward Thomas said of the song. “Maybe saying goodbye forever or maybe for a long time or just an unknown amount of time. For us it’s one of the album’s most emotional moments.”
